I had a wonderful week of Subbing at Sunken Gardens with beautiful surroundings and beautiful students! Nothing brings out a great meditation like the kookaburras heckling the passing by children! Thanks again Vandana for thinking of me for your subbing needs :)
This week we stretched our hamstrings and hip flexors after our over eating and sitting holiday, then we discovered our serratus muscles that lie beneath the scapula and help us in our planks and knees-chest-chin, then we got deep into our hips/pelvis with some goddess side angle bends and double pigeon! Mmmmmm!
