This week I will be continuing my class at the Quaker Meeting House, 130 19th Ave SE
  We will focus on kindness to ourselves and others as we explore tight areas of the mind and body!

     I'm very excited to be subbing for Vandana of Awaken Yoga Center this week after Thanksgiving.


I will be subbing the following classes:


       at Sunken Gardens:
Monday Nov 29th from 10:00am-11:30am  gentle class
Tuesday Nov 30th from 10:00am-11:30am  Flow
Thursday Dec 2nd from 10:00am-11:30am  Flow


       at the Unitarian Church in CLEARWATER:   2470 Nursery Road, Clearwater 33764
Friday Dec 3rd from 10:00am-11:30am


Regrettably Awaken Yoga Center's classes at the St Pete's  Unitarian Church on Mirror Lake have been cancelled so I will no longer be subbing those for this week.

Namaste all-
     SO I never did post all of my pics from India but you can view them on my facebook page.  You can find me under Katie Lee Toth.  Feel free to peruse this blog to read about my teacher training in India to see what an amazing experience I had during my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.  I am subbing a bunch of yoga classes this coming week after thanksgiving at Sunken Gardens.  I will aslo be teaching the next 3 tuesdays at the Quaker Meeting House in S.
